We found this project on public tender and came up with a solution that is unique and cost effective to provide a great product for the community of Blackall.

 

This extension needed a very customised approach with SJL Building Co. having to come up with a lot of the framing concepts and to work closely with Precision Steel Framing in Toowoomba to come up with an idea that worked.

 

We used a mixture of shed construction knowledge with lightweight steel stud framing integrated together to cover a very large area of floor space. This building incorporated all aspects of our commercial experience with services, fire protection, disabled access, mechanical ventilation and certification.
