This project had been in the thought process for a while and just hadn’t come to life. We were approached by the client in the hardware store. We identified the problems and made a design that would fix the issue and made it happen. 

 

This deck was facing west. Copping the harsh western sun in the afternoons made the area and back half of the house unusable and uncomfortable. 

With the insulated panel roofing and raised and extended deck area it changed it from being a way into the house to an area where you can have a bbq, sit in the afternoon and entertain the family and friends all year round.
