This project was a repair job that included restumping, structural member replacements, deck rebuild, internal wardrobe rebuild, moulding replacements and future termite protection.

 

We had to start at the bottom, identify the entry area of the termites in order to stop that issue happening again. Then we had to follow the trail and fix what needed to be fixed.
